€20,000 collection from the South of France. Debt from 2018, many false promises of payment. Debt Collection Agency become involved and following a number of failed payment arrangements. The threat of litigation has bought payment. The payments are being made over a short period but we are happy to report the first payment as agreed has been received. With any debt like this where a debtor requires payments to be made over a period of time, we insist on our clients costs being paid by the debtor. After all why should the creditor pay for the recovery of their own money.
