Our main business is ‘No Win No Fee’. This means exactly what it says. We do not charge fees for taking you on as a client, many companies do.
If we don’t recover your debt there is nothing to pay. Our fees for a United Kingdom main land debt are 8% of any monies recovered our overseas commissions start at 12%.
In the event of cancelation of a Debt Collection Agency contract within 60 days of inception. Debt Collection Agency will charge a fee of 10% of the agreed percentage of the total amount contracted to collect. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further information.
